Questions about placing orders and managing your account

To place an order:

  1. Browse products and add items to your cart
  2. Click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout
  3. Enter your delivery address and preferred time slot
  4. Select payment method and complete payment
  5. You'll receive order confirmation via SMS and email

Yes, you need to create an account to place orders. This helps us:

  • Save your delivery addresses for faster checkout
  • Track your order history
  • Provide personalized recommendations
  • Offer loyalty rewards and discounts

Account creation is quick and requires only basic information.

Order modifications: You can modify your order only if it hasn't entered the processing stage. Contact our customer service immediately.

Order cancellation:

  • Before processing: Full refund
  • During processing: Partial refund (items not processed)
  • Out for delivery: Cannot be cancelled

The minimum order value is ₹199. This helps us maintain efficient delivery operations and provide quality service.

Orders below ₹199 will incur a small convenience fee of ₹29.

If you're not available during delivery:

  • Our delivery executive will call you to reschedule

  • We can leave with security/neighbor with your permission
  • After 2 failed attempts, order will be returned and refunded

Yes, we deliver 7 days a week, including most holidays. However, delivery timings may vary on:

  • National holidays: Reduced slots available
  • Festive seasons: High demand may cause delays
  • Extreme weather: Delivery may be rescheduled for safety
